01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ac44" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the ac44 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ac44.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ac44 platform.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player on ac44, through which the Player accesses games, places bets, and manages funds.
• "BDT" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the sole transactional currency of the ac44 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, or reward amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by the Player via a supported payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by ac44 before processing certain withdrawals or upon account review.
• "MFS" — Mobile Financial Services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, which are supported deposit and withdrawal channels on ac44.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ac44. By accessing the ac44 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity offered by ac44, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. ac44 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Notice of material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account. Where a Player continues to use the ac44 platform following notification of an amendment, that continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with ac44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ac44.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use ac44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ac44 or any other gambling operator.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by ac44 for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party — all gameplay and transactions must be conducted by the registered Account holder personally.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

ac44 may request documentary proof of age at any time, including at registration or prior to processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

04 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one single Account on ac44. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. ac44 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated bets and winnings, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. ac44 is not responsible for any failure to deliver communications resulting from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ac44 will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ac44 immediately at [email protected]. ac44 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your Account; however, ac44 bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ac44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels, including Visa and Mastercard, may be available for deposits subject to current availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the relevant MFS provider. ac44 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, MFS providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which ac44 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Processing times are typically within 15 minutes to 2 business hours for MFS channels during Bangladesh Standard Time operating hours, though ac44 does not guarantee processing times and reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks that may extend processing time.

Withdrawal Conditions: ac44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, address, and source of funds before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements being fulfilled in full. Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification requirements.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ac44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ac44 promotions:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the promotion terms before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• Where a Player holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds are wagered first unless the platform specifies otherwise.
• ac44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify any Player from a promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per Account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Players who are self-excluded or who have applied deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotions.

07 Casino Games & Betting Rules

ac44 provides access to a library of 500+ casino games and a live sports betting section. All casino games are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules published by the relevant provider. In the event of a dispute relating to game outcome, the records held by the game provider's server constitute the definitive record.

Sports Betting: Sports betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other markets as published on the platform. All bets are accepted subject to the odds and market rules displayed at the time of placement. ac44 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where a pre-match market was inadvertently left open.

Technical Malfunction: In the event of a software or connectivity failure that interrupts a game session or prevents a bet from being properly recorded, ac44's server-side game logs shall be used to determine the outcome. ac44 is not liable for any losses arising from Player-side connectivity issues including internet outages, device failures, or mobile network disruption.

Maximum Winnings: ac44 reserves the right to apply maximum winning limits on individual games, bets, sessions, or time periods. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit may be reduced to that limit at ac44's sole discretion. Maximum payout limits applicable to specific games or markets will be communicated within the relevant game or market interface where technically feasible.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ac44 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one Account on ac44.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes in casino games or sports markets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to the registered Account holder.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ac44 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any ac44 software or game.
• Placing bets using insider information in relation to sports events.

Where ac44 suspects that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to freeze an Account pending investigation without prior notice. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms and Conditions, ac44 may withhold all funds in the Account, report the matter to relevant authorities, and take any further legal action it deems appropriate.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ac44 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, brand marks, audio, video, and structural layout, is the intellectual property of ac44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ac44 name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary marks of ac44.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ac44 platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of ac44.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

ac44 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ac44 does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information published on the platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms, and reserves the right to correct errors at any time.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11 Privacy & Data

ac44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at ac44.io/privacy-policy.

Personal data collected by ac44 includes registration information, payment details, device and connection data, and gameplay records. This data is used for Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and improving the platform. ac44 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required.

12 Responsible Gaming

ac44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its Players seriously. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every registered Account, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion options.

13 Termination

ac44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to third parties.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, ac44 may void all pending bets and retain any funds in the Account where such funds are connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct — for example, where ac44 discontinues operations in a particular market — Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method.

A Player may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ac44 support at [email protected]. Players who have applied for self-exclusion must allow the exclusion period to elapse in full before requesting Account reinstatement.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ac44 operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and acknowledges the legal environment applicable to online gaming and sports betting in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

ac44 makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are appropriate or legally available in any jurisdiction other than the market it is designed to serve. If you access ac44 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk and ac44 accepts no liability in connection with such access.

15 Contact & Disputes

If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, wish to raise a complaint, or need to resolve a dispute regarding your Account or any transaction, please contact the ac44 support team in the first instance:

ac44 aims to acknowledge all support queries within 24 hours and to resolve complaints within 5 business days. For complex disputes involving significant amounts, ac44 may require up to 14 business days to complete its internal review. ac44 will communicate the outcome of any formal complaint in writing to the email address registered to the Player's Account.
